New listings and pending listings both slid -25% and -4.4% last week. The slide in pending listings isn't too much to pay attention to, but the lack of new listings is. Sold listings were also up +20%.
There was a +15% increase in homes that sold in one weekend compared to last week as well - for a total of 153 homes.

As I have been saying, buyer demand is very strong with low interest rates. This demand + tight supply will keep prices stable or moving upward until demand falls off or a flood of new inventory hits the market and outpaces demand.
